1. After Service: No refunds will be given after the service has been provided under any circumstances.

2. Gift Packages: gift packages are not eligible if the gift packages pass the expiration date.

3. Points: Points are not eligible if points pass the expiration date.

4. Bunch Cards: Bunch cards are not eligible if Bunch cards pass the expiration date.

5. Reservation Cancellation: Impact Salon reserves the right to cancel any reservation or appointment and refrain from providing services based on the circumstances and situations evaluated by the salon.

6. Conversations: All conversations with Impact Salon through official communication channels are considered recorded, and the salon reserves the right to reuse them without any responsibility.

7. Confirmation and Payment: Services are provided based on available dates and times. No service will be provided, or appointments made, without full payment for the booked sessions. Any unpaid reservations are considered unconfirmed, and appointments will be confirmed based on availability after communication with the customer service department.

8. Pre-payment: Payment for session bookings is made based on the available dates, and this occurs after confirming with the booking department staff regarding the availability of reservations.

9. Holiday Seasons: We regret that we cannot accept reservations and appointments for Impact Salon services during holidays and festive seasons or any other times specified by management.

10. Responsibility for Belongings: The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings inside the salon or during home services. Clients must take care of their belongings, as Impact Salon disclaims any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items.
