We are dedicated to offering excellent service and smooth experience. Please review the following policy before booking any services.
1. After Service:
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. All transactions are final.
2. Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used after their expiration date.
3.Promotional Points:
Promotional points expire automatically and cannot be used once expired.
4.Bunch Cards:
Bunch cards expire after their set validity period and are non-refundable.
5. Appointment Cancellation:
The salon reserves the right to cancel or modify any appointment based on internal circumstances.
6. Communication:
All communication via official channels (such as WhatsApp or email) may be stored and referred to for training or quality assurance purposes.
7. Booking Confirmation, Prepayment, and Availability:
Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received and are subject to availability. Unpaid bookings are considered unconfirmed and may be released to other clients following a reminder from customer service.

9. Public Holidays:
Bookings are not accepted during public holidays, festive periods, or any closure dates set by salon management.
10. Personal Belongings:
Impact Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items inside the salon or during home visits. Clients are advised to keep valuables safe.
